The bi-annual EEON Inclusion & Diversity Summit is completed! we had many engaged practitioners all working towards a common goal to learn, think, & do!
“There is no more important time than now to be working in diversity and inclusion. Diversity is everywhere and inclusion being identified by everyone”
Some of the Summit feedback we received
The 2020 Enabling Inclusion and Diversity Summit gathered people and organisations from across Australia who truly value diversity and inclusion.we shared people’s lived experience of diversity and those who have inspired change.
In the spirit of humility, it was wonderful to be connected to the EEON community and to know there are many who want to make a difference to the lived experience of every human being. we’ve only scratched the surface. Collectively we can achieve so much more.
Another week of lockdown in Melbourne is done & dusted! This week’s unquestionable highlight (and probably the best virtual event I have attended so far this year) was Tuesday’s Equal Employment Opportunity Network (EEON) Learn Think Do Summit. HUGE thank you to all the organisers and speakers. This was an amazing, inclusive, accessible event and I can’t wait for the next one!
Well done Roman and the EEON team. Great to see diversity of thought and rich discussions at each of the breakout rooms. An important and valuable day, thanks!
Congratulations, Roman and the EEON team! What a fantastic line up of guest speakers, and an amazing interactive audience. Great conversations!
Amazing event!! There was a richness in diversity that translated to quality discussions re: D&I solutions! Thank you to all the speakers and Equal Employment Opportunity Network (EEON) team.
Congratulations on a successful summit. I got a lot out of the speakers and sessions.
Thanks to the fearless Roman Ruzbacky and the panel involved for your enormous efforts to change the narrative on D&I.
Congratulations on presenting an excellent highly informative and interactive summit, quite an achievement in the digital space! Lucy and I found it a really valuable way to make new connections with people who may be interested in helping us champion the cause of mature aged workers and job seekers.
It was a fantastic day, I felt so energised by all the presentations and being around so many other amazing practitioners – even virtually! Everyone did a fantastic job transferring it online. Huge congratulations and I hope you have a restful weekend ahead.
Yesterday’s summit was an absolute treat, … we at the TIO, were energised, motivated and deeply reflective (of where we are at the moment and the potential we have). Thank you for curating an inspiring day. The line up of diverse speakers, Adrian Price’s magic in keeping all connected virtually, Lachlan Fairburn MAITD’s facilitation, the safe spaces available throughout the day for deeper conversations, and your leadership, Roman Ruzbacky – one of the best events I attended in quiet some time! We look forward to the proceedings and presentations from the summit – and our continuous engagement with the EEON.
