Building on the depth of EEON’s first 3 events in 2021; Women in STEM, Youth and Aboriginal Conversations From the Heart; we are focussing our August 11th event around Radically Rethinking Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace.

UPDATE: This Event will no longer have an in-person component and will be conducted via ZOOM.

This will be a highly interactive session to explore the fundamental factors for unlocking our organisation’s potential to be authentically inclusive and the expectations of D&I professionals to deliver in today’s climate.

There will also be opportunities to challenge ourselves around how to take D&I further as the key in creating positive transformational change in our workplaces. As always with EEON we will encourage you to Learn, Think and Do!

Therefore we will explore together:

• What does radically rethinking D&I mean to you?
• What does it mean to your role and your organisation
• What are our new ways of working today and in the future?
• Please join us to engage your head, heart, and gut, in listening, learning and leading.
